Immigration Physicals

HOW DOES THE PROCESS EXACTLY WORK IN GETTING MY IMMIGRATION PHYSICAL?
The immigration physical requires two appointments. The first appointment will be for paperwork and preparing for lab work, while the second appointment which takes place several days later will be for the physical evaluation. THERE IS A 40 DOLLAR CHARGE IF YOU ARE LATE or IF YOU FAIL TO ARRIVE FOR YOUR US GOVERNMENT REQUIRED EXAM.
IS THE LAB WORK PERFORMED IN OFFICE?
Due to the complicated nature of the TB test, we will refer you to lab facilities outside the office, such as Lab Corp or Quest. You do not need to fast for your lab work. Depending on age you will be tests for TB, Syphilis and Gonorrhea. You will not be tested to see if you have already have been vaccinated.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
A Driver's License or passport, vaccination/shot records, and the immigration physical form will be required for your first visit.
WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR MY IMMIGRATION PHYSICAL?
Vaccinations needed depends upon age and how many previous vaccinations you have had. email us your vaccine records and we can advise you. email floridaflightdoc@att.net
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T HAVE ALL OF MY VACCINATIONS COMPLETED?
Vaccinations are done at any pharmacy of your choice and a prescription will be provided to you. Please get in touch with our office for more details via email at floridaflightdoc@att.net
