What should I bring to my appointment?

A form of ID and your MedXPress confirmation number is required for the appointment. To fill out your MedXPress form  

What should I do if I am prescribed new medication from my doctor?

Before filling the prescription, please inform us of your medical condition and medication.​

What should I do if I am running late or won't be able to show up to my appointment?

Please get in touch with us at least two hours before your appointment if this occurs. Failure to do so will result in a late/no-show fee of $20.

I have a VA disability, how should I report this?

Please send us an email dictating the disability percentages for each medical condition. 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
